STORE POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.  Exceptions may only be made if there is an issue with the art pieces being defective. In such instances, refunds will be made within 14 days of the refund request. Items must be returned in the same condition received. Protective coverings from the original packaging must be on the product in its packaging. Any shipping costs incurred from the returned items are non-refundable.

Information collection & use.

If you intend to purchase any of the artwork, we may ask you to provide us with personal details including your name, email address, contact number and shipping address. â€‹This information will only be used to contact or identify you. ​

What is the order process?

If you are interested to purchase any of the pieces, do head over to the "Reserve a Piece" page and fill up the form on the page. Do note that filling in the form does not mean that you have placed an order, as the sale will be done on a "first come first serve" basis.

 

We will contact you via email to update you about the status of your reservation.

2. You will be contacted if you have successfully made a reservation

3. Payment is made 

4. Collection of art pieces via 

self collection (recommended) or delivery

5. Proceeds will be donated to Wicare Support Group
