After placing an order through the form , how would the transaction be continued?

After indicating your interest and submitting the order form, we will contact you within 3-5 working days if you had successfully placed an order. We will then follow up and provide you with more details regarding the payment process. So do look out for that!
Would I be receiving both a physical and digital copy of the artwork, upon making payment?

Except for the piece "Time Heals" by Cara Wong, which will be received in both digital and physical format, all other art pieces will be received only in physical format.
How would I know that the donations to Wicare Support Group have been made?

We will be sending an email out to all donors once the donation process has been completed.
How can I collect the art piece(s) after making payment?

You can either opt for delivery at a flat rate of $10, or go down to our collection point at 162 Pandan Loop, Singapore 128359 to collect your art piece(s).
Can I cancel my order after making payment?

Cancellation requests made by the buyer after the order has been scheduled for collection/shipment will not be allowed.
